About Me

I’m a UX and digital experience consultant based in Mohali, India, working remotely with US clients across B2B and B2C. I pair classical UX (research, accessibility, component thinking) with AI-augmented workflows (Claude Code and CLI, MCP, the Figma AI stack). Having founded and run a commerce platform for eight years, I bring a both-sides-of-the-table view: I design for the user and for the business outcome.

How I work today

Over the last two years my practice has shifted. Repetitive production (asset exports, audit spreadsheets, first-pass wireframes) now moves through AI tooling. That frees time for what actually moves a project: positioning, information architecture, interaction logic, and accessibility strategy. AI-native does not mean AI-generated. The tools are leverage, not a replacement for judgment, and knowing when not to use them is part of the craft.
